Jobdecription SAP HCM SENIOR CONSULTANT and MANAGER Talent Management (m/f)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- SAP HCM Talent Management senior consultant, you will be responsible of the implementation of these modules in our projects.
- As HCM Manager for Belgium, you will have to manage an develop your team of consultant
- You have 5 years experience on SAP HCM in project (ideally in Talent Management)
- You have 3 years experience in people management in all aspects
- Recruitment, appraisal, package, competence development…
- You have to make sure that we have internally the skills to deliver our projects
- You have both Business and SAP Knowledge
- You have a strong knowledge of integration with other modules and with Finance
- You speak fluently English
- You are customer service focused and a team player
- You have strong analysis, listening and adaptation skills
